I think my boys are planning an exhibit featuring artwork done with common substances. This week, they mastered the art of painting with mud and Eucerin lotion.
I went in the house for 60 seconds and when I came back out they were doing this.
Yes, Gabe is eating mud from his bucket with his shovel.
Elijah is proud of how many buckets of mud he dumped on the driveway.
The boys gave David John a shovel too. They tried to give him some mud- but I stopped them in time.
The boys broke into their closets (we tie them closed each night) and somehow opened a brand new container of Eucerin lotion. Good thing the room needed to be painted anyway.
"Woobie dirty!"
Surprise! Look what we did!
We washed Elijah's hair five times after this incident. He still looks like a cast member of the musical "Grease".

I don't mean to be an alarmist...but are there raccoons in your area? I remember watching a documentary once about a little toddler that got a very dangerous parasite from raccoon feces that he must have ingested while crawling around outside.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, looks like those little rascals are keeping you very busy!
We haven't seen any raccoons but I'm sure they are around. Thanks for the warning. I'd like to think that my kids wouldn't eat raccoon feces, but you never know. Obviously, they are very capable of getting themselves into trouble. :)
